Bruce French brings extensive experience in residential and commercial real estate, with a strong track record in land acquisition, planning, entitlement, Public Finance District creation, infrastructure development, and product construction. His work spans a variety of project sizes and geographic locations, showcasing his strategic insight and adaptability across diverse markets.

Throughout his career, Bruce has held senior leadership roles with several prominent homebuilders in the Dallas-Fort Worth metroplex. He served as Vice President of Land Acquisitions & Developments for Tri Pointe Homes/Tri Pointe Group, where he led land acquisition efforts aligned with the division’s growth strategies. Prior to that, he was Senior Vice President of Land Acquisition & Development at History Maker Homes/Rendition Homes, and Director of Land Acquisitions at Portrait Homes. Bruce also served as Division President for Beazer Homes USA. His professional journey reflects a deep commitment to thoughtful development and community impact. Outside of work, Bruce remains actively involved in church and community functions.
