Jason Mahoney has more than 25 years of experience in the semiconductor industry guiding global teams managing large-scale capital programs and strengthening financial governance. He currently serves as Capital Investment Controller at Wolfspeed where he oversees $4 billion in capital spending leads initiatives that enhance compliance and transparency and develops forward-looking financial insights to support strategic growth.

Prior to Wolfspeed, Jason spent over two decades at Texas Instruments holding multiple finance director roles across procurement logistics and sales operations. His leadership spanned budgeting forecasting and operational transformation for organizations of thousands ensuring financial stewardship and business alignment at a global scale.

A longtime supporter of Texas A&M University he volunteers regularly at Ring Day and contributes to multiple endowed scholarship programs. Jason also volunteers as a judge for the Texas State Science & Engineering Fair.

Jason and his wife Brenda have been married for over 20 years and live in Melissa.  Jason has served on the board since 2022 and is currently the board treasurer.
